A special presentation for members of the Society of Women Engineers. This is a SWE-only event. (Maybe you should join?)
How can Peace Corps boost your career (and give you the adventure of a lifetime)?
Engineer Kelly Latham is the Director of Program Quality at Water for People, a Denver NGO supporting clean-water and sanitation programs in Latin America, Africa, and India.
She is also a returned Peace Corps volunteer who served as a water and sanitation engineer in Honduras.
Kelly will talk about her Peace Corps experience and how it taught her valuable lessons along the way to a 20-year career in water-resource management.
Noon-1 pm at the regular SWE meeting, Student Center Ballrooms A and B, Wednesday, April 10.
